Juice Magazine Project
During the summer of
2003 I worked for Nottingham City Council with a group of ‘socially
excluded’ 16 to 19 year olds co-ordinating an arts E2E (Entry to
Employment) project. My brief was to oversee the writing, image making
and production of the sixth issue of the Juice magazine. I organised the
redesign of the magazine’s house-style and taught the trainees Photoshop,
QuarkXpress, photography and writing technique.

Underneath the magazine layouts are a video cover produced for an educational training video and a mock-up for a book cover.
This a mock up of a cd cover that I use as a teaching aid. The photograph is of a band called Clint Bestwood and the Mescal Marauders that I photographed in the early 1990s.
